§ 23-24.4-8. Right of action.
Any resident who makes a reasonable request for material covered by this chapter and
            does not receive that material within ninety (90) days of making the request will
            have the right to take civil action against the employer or employers in question
            and the department of labor and training in order to receive that material and any
            relevant compensatory damages.
