§ 23-24.4-7. Penalties.
Any employer who willfully, knowingly, and intentionally violates the requirements
            of this chapter shall be subject to a fine imposed by the department of labor and
            training of not more than one hundred dollars ($100) for every day the violation exists.
            The department may impose those fines and enforce the collection thereof by means
            of civil action against the employer and the responsible officers or agents of the
            employer.
