§ 23-24.4-5. Employers' responsibility.

(a) All employers in the state shall, upon request by the department and in accordance with the provisions of chapter 21 of title 28 and any amendments to this chapter, submit, in duplicate, copies of those lists of designated substances and material safety data sheets to the department within thirty

(30)working days of receipt of the written request; one copy of which shall be delivered to the resident making the request subject to § 23-24.4-4 and the other copy to be placed on file with the department.
