§ 23-24.4-4. Community access.

(a) Any resident of the state shall have the right to make a reasonable request from the department for copies of lists of designated substances and material safety data sheets as defined in this chapter. These requests may be made in person during normal business hours or by mail.

(b) The department shall obtain the requested material as provided for in § 23-24.4-5 and provide the resident making the request with the information within five (5) working days of obtaining the information from the employer; provided, however, that the director of labor and training shall have th
