§ 23-24.3-7. Criminal penalties — Recall order.
(a) In addition to the civil sanctions provided for in § 23-24.3-6, any person who knowingly violates any provision of this chapter or an order of the director shall, for the first offense, be guilty of a violation punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500). For a second and each subsequent offense, he or she shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or a term of imprisonment of not more than six (6) months, or both.
