§ 23-24.2-9. Interpretation and severability.
The provisions of this chapter shall be held to be in addition to, and not in substitution
            for or limitation of, the provisions of any other law. If any provision of this chapter
            or the application of this chapter to any person or circumstances is held invalid,
            the remainder of the chapter and the application of those provisions to any other
            person or circumstances shall not be affected by this chapter.
