§ 23-24.2-7. Penalties.
Any person who violates § 23-24.2-3 or 23-24.2-8(b) of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined
            not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) or be imprisoned not more than one year
            or both in the discretion of the court; provided, that nothing in this section shall
            limit other provisions of this chapter.
