§ 23-24.2-5. Administration and enforcement.

(a) Except as otherwise specifically provided, §§ 23-24.2-3, 23-24.2-6, 23-24.2-8(b) and this section shall be enforced by the attorney general of Rhode Island under rules, regulations, and procedures provided for in the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, chapter 13.1 of title 6.

(b) The attorney general is authorized and directed to prevent any person from violating the provisions of § 23-24.2-3, in the same manner, by the same means, and with the same jurisdiction, powers, and duties as though all applicable terms and provisions of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act
