§ 23-24.12-6. Reporting to the general assembly.
Not later than January 15, 2016, and biennially thereafter, the director shall submit
            a report to the general assembly that describes the results and activities of the
            paint stewardship program as enacted pursuant to this chapter including any recommendations
            to improve the functioning and efficiency of the paint collection program, as necessary.
