§ 23-24.12-4. Regulations.
The department shall promulgate regulations recognizing conditionally exempt small
            quantity generators of hazardous waste consistent with federal Environmental Protection
            Agency standards. The department is hereby authorized to promulgate additional rules
            and regulations as necessary to implement and carry out the provisions of this chapter.
