§ 23-24.1-4. Exceptions.

(a) For the purpose of making any household substance which is subject to a standard established under § 23-24.1-3 readily available to persons who are elderly or disabled who are unable to use the substance when packaged in compliance with the standard, the manufacturer or packer may package any household substance, subject to a standard, in packaging of a single size which does not comply with the standard if:

(1) The manufacturer or packer also supplies the substances in packages which comply with the standard; and

(2) The package
