§ 23-23.6-9. Establishment of restricted receipt account.
All fees collected by the director in accordance with this chapter, or in accordance
            with regulations promulgated pursuant to the authority conferred by this chapter,
            shall be placed into a restricted receipt account to support the personnel costs,
            operating costs and capital expenditure necessary to carry out the provisions of this
            chapter; provided, however, that any fees charged shall be in addition to and not
            substituted for funds appropriated for the department by the state or federal government.
