§ 23-23.6-6. Air quality inspections.

The director is authorized to inspect, at a reasonable time and without prior notice, ice arena air quality and/or to respond to a complaint of an elevated level of carbon monoxide or other harmful gas in an ice arena. Any person refusing entry to a designated inspector or obstructing an inspection ordered by the director shall immediately have his or her certificate of acceptable air quality revoked by the director.
