§ 23-23.5-8. Penalty for continuation of business after notice to cease.
Every person who shall, after notice given as provided in § 23-23.5-7, commence or continue to carry on the business of slaughtering cattle or other animals
            in the place or places, shall be fined fifty dollars ($50.00) for every day during
            which he or she shall continue to carry on that business.
