§ 23-23.5-7. Withdrawal by city or town of right to slaughter.
Whenever, in the judgment of the city or town council of any city or town, the welfare
            and convenience of the city or town requires the withdrawal or suspension of the right
            of slaughtering provided for in § 23-23.5-6, the city or town council may withdraw or suspend that right, first giving to the
            owner or occupant of the place or places two (2) months notice in writing of its intention
            to withdraw or suspend that right.
