§ 23-23.5-13. Suit to restrain unlawful trades.
In addition to the remedies existing at common law and under this chapter, the city
            or town council of any city or town may bring suit to restrain the unauthorized occupancy
            or use of any building or premises which are occupied or used for any trades or occupation
            provided for by this chapter.
