§ 23-23.5-12. Expressing oil from fish.
No person shall carry on the business of expressing oil from fish within any city or town, except in a place as shall be designated by the city or town council; provided, that any city or town council may at any time withdraw that designation, and that no city or town shall be held liable for any injury resulting to any person from that business carried on in any place as designated, nor shall any city or town be liable to the person to whom the right has been granted for any loss or damage resulting from the suspension or withdrawal of the right to carry on that business by the city or town at any
