§ 23-23-29.5. Enforcement.
The responsibility and jurisdiction for enforcement of §§ 23-23-29.1 — 23-23-29.4 shall be with state and local law enforcement authorities, including, but not limited
            to, state and local police and parking enforcement personnel, the Rhode Island department
            of environmental management and the Rhode Island division of motor vehicles.
