§ 23-23-13. Plans and records.

Upon request of the director, any person owning or operating a source of air pollution which has the potential to emit any air contaminant, or any person owning or operating a source of air pollution which the director has reason to believe is emitting any extremely toxic air contaminant, that meets the definition in § 23-23-3 but may not have been adopted by the director, or any person owning or operating any air pollution control system shall keep accurate records of operation as may be specified by the director and shall submit these records of operation and a plan and statement or true copies of them, describing al
