§ 23-22.5-7. Appointment of council members.
In the month of February of each year, the governor shall appoint a member or members
            of the recreational safety council other than the representatives of the state to
            hold office until the first day of March in the third year after that appointment
            and until his, her, or their respective successor or successors are appointed and
            qualified to succeed the member or members whose term shall next expire.
