§ 23-22.5-6. Recreational safety council — Appeals — Composition of council.

Any party aggrieved as a result of any rule, regulation, or order of the department of environmental management shall have the right of appeal to the recreational safety council created in this section. The council shall consist of five (5) members, one of whom shall be the director of the state department of environmental management, ex officio, who shall serve as chairperson; one of whom shall be the director of the state department of health or his or her designated representative, ex officio; and three (3) of whom shall be appointed by the governor, of whom one shall be
