§ 23-22-9. Judicial review of license action.
Any person aggrieved by a decision of the department of health refusing to grant an
            application for a license to maintain a swimming pool, or suspending or revoking a
            license already issued may, within thirty (30) days, exclusive of Sundays and holidays,
            after receiving notice of the decision, appeal the decision to the superior court
            for the counties of Providence and Bristol, by filing in the court his or her reasons
            of appeal, and the court shall, as soon as possible after notice to the department
            as the court may prescribe, hear and determine the appeal, following the course of
            equity.
