§ 23-22-7. Issuance or denial of license.

Upon the application for a license to maintain a swimming pool, the department of health shall, within thirty (30) days from the time that the application is made, grant the application and issue a license to maintain a swimming pool if the department shall be satisfied that its rules and regulations relating to the condition, maintenance, and water of a swimming pool are complied with by the applicant, and the condition and method of maintaining the swimming pool will not be detrimental to the health and safety of its users, otherwise the department shall decline to issue a license until it is s
