§ 23-21.1-4. Obstruction of access to premises.
No person shall interfere with or obstruct the entrance of the director to any structure,
            vessel, vehicle, or other premises or use in the discharge of the director's official
            duties in connection with the enforcement of this chapter or the regulations adopted
            in accordance therewith.
