§ 23-21-4.1. Provisions for water.
The director shall require quality water and adequate water pressure to each mobile
            home located on a mobile home site and to each trailer located at a trailer park in
            the state; however, the provisions of this section shall not apply to campgrounds
            or wilderness that are used on a seasonal basis only.
