§ 23-21-4. Regulations.
The director may adopt any regulations relating to environmental sanitation and food
            service in recreational facilities or uses as he or she may deem necessary; provided,
            that in the case of all recreational facilities or uses subject to this chapter, the
            department's authority shall be limited to environmental sanitation and food service.
