§ 23-21-3. Suspension or revocation of license.
The director may suspend or revoke any license for violation of the provisions of
            this chapter or the regulations pursuant to this chapter. All action pursuant to this
            section shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedures
            Act, chapter 35 of title 42.
