§ 23-21-2. License required — Issuance and expiration of license.

No person shall maintain within this state any recreation facility or use until that person shall have obtained a license for a facility or use from the department. The director, upon receipt of an application for a recreation facility or use shall cause the facility or use to be inspected and, if the facility or use is found to comply with the provisions of this chapter and the regulations adopted in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, shall issue a license upon receipt of a fee as set forth in § 23-1-54.
