§ 23-19.6-5. Prohibited conduct.
No person shall collect, transport, transfer, store, recycle, use, or dispose of used
            oil by discharge to sewers, drainage systems, surface or ground water, watercourses,
            or marine waters, or by incineration or deposit on land, unless in accordance with
            the Hazardous Waste Management Act, chapter 19.1 of this title, the Water Pollution
            Law, chapter 12 of title 46, and the Clean Air Act, chapter 23 of this title, and any regulation promulgated
            pursuant to them.
