§ 23-19.5-8. Violation — Rescission of real estate sale.
Any person aggrieved or injured by the purchase of real property based on tests or
            data which are false or misleading, shall have the right to bring a court action within
            two (2) years after the fact becomes known to him or her, to rescind the sale and
            to be reimbursed the purchase price and costs directly incurred as a result of the
            false or misleading data.
