§ 23-19.4-5. Orders — Hearings — Appeals.
All compliance orders of the director of the department of environmental management
            and their enforcement, and all hearings and appeals by a person aggrieved by an order
            of the director, including his or her failure to issue a license authorized by this
            chapter, shall be in accordance with the provisions of § 42-17.1-2 and chapter 35 of title 42.
