§ 23-19.4-2. License fee — Expiration.
Upon an application being approved, the department of environmental management shall
            issue a license to the applicant for a reasonable fee to cover the costs of administration.
            All licenses shall expire on June 30 of each year unless sooner suspended or revoked,
            and shall be renewable at a reasonable annual fee to cover the costs of administration.
