Text

§ 23-19.2-3. Violation of regulations.
Any person violating any of the regulations or orders made by any city or town council
            under the provisions of § 23-19.2-2 shall be fined not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100), or be imprisoned for a term
            not to exceed thirty (30) days, to be enforced on complaint and warrant in the district
            court.
