§ 23-19.12-18. Delegation of authority to conduct inspections.
The department of environmental management may enter into a cooperative agreement
            with the department of health for the department of health to conduct inspections
            of facilities where regulated medical waste is generated. The department of environmental
            management shall adequately compensate the department of health for conducting these
            inspections and for undertaking the administrative tasks associated with conducting
            these inspections.
