§ 23-19.12-14. Funding of the medical waste management program.
All money collected under §§ 23-19.12-12 and 23-19.12-15 shall be deposited as general revenues. The program will be funded by a general revenue
            appropriation. The director shall submit to the general assembly by January 15 of
            each year a detailed report of the amount of funds obtained from fines and fees and
            the uses made of the funds.
