§ 23-19.1-36. Suspension of transporters permit upon violation of § 23-19.1-33.
Violation of § 23-19.1-33 shall cause the suspension of the transporters permit issued pursuant to § 23-19.1-10, until the time as the employer or holder of the transporters permit shall provide
            the department of environmental management with evidence of certification of the driver/applicant.
