§ 23-19-41. Construction of references.
Whenever in any general or public law the words "Rhode Island solid waste management
            corporationâ€� shall appear, particularly §§ 35-3-3.1, 23-18.8-2, 23-18.8-2.1, 23-18.8-4, 23-18.11-4, 12-12-17, 23-18.9-1 and 37-2-7, they shall be deemed to refer to and to mean the Rhode Island resource recovery
            corporation.
