§ 23-19-27. Severability.
The provisions of this chapter are severable and if any provision or part of any provision
            shall be held invalid or unconstitutional or inapplicable to any person or circumstances,
            the invalidity, unconstitutionality, or inapplicability shall not affect or impair
            the remaining provisions of this chapter. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with
            this chapter are repealed.
