§ 23-19-11.4. Initial resource recovery facilities.
In view of the criticality of the solid waste disposal problem in the state, the procurement
            of the statutorily mandated Central Falls resource recovery facilities included in
            the initial resource recovery system shall not be subject to the provisions of chapter 2 of title 37.
