§ 23-18.9-3. Grants-in-aid.
(a) Funds annually appropriated by the general assembly for the purposes of this chapter shall not exceed forty cents ($.40) per capita as determined from the latest available federal census of population for the state.
(b) Sixty-two and one-half percent (62.5%) of the total shall be apportioned to each community in the state, eighty percent (80%) on the basis of the ratio of the population of each community to the total population of the state, as determined by the latest available federal census of population, and twenty percent (20%) on the basis of the ratio of th
