§ 23-18.9-18. Reporting requirements.
Each covered entity or covered educational institution shall keep a written record
            of the amount of solid waste it generates and the amount of organic waste material
            it recycles at composting or anaerobic digestion facilities. The covered entity or
            covered educational institution, upon request, shall make the written records available
            for inspection to the department.
