§ 23-18.8-4. Ash use in construction of roads.
The director of the department of transportation shall, where possible, utilize as
            fill in the construction of roads and highways, ash from resource recovery facilities
            owned and operated by the Rhode Island resource recovery corporation, so long as the
            ash conforms with all applicable environmental laws, rules, and regulations.
