§ 23-18.3-6. Marking of governors' graves.

(a) The commission is authorized and directed to continue the program previously conducted by the Rhode Island graves registration committee of placing a bronze plaque bearing the name and dates of service of each deceased former governor together with the national and state flags on the grave of each governor.

(b) It is also authorized by the general assembly that the department of administration shall administer the funding for the plaque.
