§ 23-18.19-1. Definitions.
As used in this chapter: 
(1) "Corporationâ€� means the Rhode Island resource recovery corporation.
         
(2) "Departmentâ€� means the department of environmental management.
         
(3) "Private entitiesâ€� means any entity, including for-profit and nonprofit organizations,
            involved in the collection of textiles for recycle or reuse purposes, in accordance
            with the department's rules and regulations.
         
(4) "Textilesâ€� means clothing, footwear, bedding, towels, curtains, fabric, and similar
