§ 23-18.10-2. Definitions.

(a) "CFC 11 and CFC 12� are two (2) members of fully halogenated chlorofluorocarbons, which are substances containing carbon, fluorine, and chlorine, having no hydrogen atoms and no double bonds.

(b) "Director� means the director of the department of environmental management.

(c) "Person� or "anyone� means any natural person, firm, corporation, partnership, or other organization or group however organized.
