§ 23-18-9. Penalty for violations.
Any person, member of a firm, or any officer or director of a corporation, failing
            to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, upon each and every conviction
            of any of the provisions of this chapter, shall be fined not less than one hundred
            dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment for not
            less than sixty (60) days nor more than six (6) months, or by both fine and imprisonment.
