§ 23-17.9-7. Renewal of certificate of registration.
Every holder of a nursing assistant certificate of registration shall register biennially
            by making application to the department on forms provided by the agency. The renewals
            shall be granted as a matter of course, upon payment of a fee as set forth in § 23-1-54 unless the agency finds that the applicant has acted or failed to act in a manner
            under the circumstances that would constitute grounds for suspension or revocation
            of a certificate of registration.

§ 23-17.9-7. Renewal of certificate of registration.
