§ 23-17.9-14. Adoption of regulations.
The director is authorized to adopt regulations consistent with the provisions of
            this chapter, the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1987 and the amendments and
            the federal regulations adopted under it. All registered nursing assistants and health
            care facilities subject to the provisions of this chapter must comply with the provisions
            of this chapter and with all the regulations adopted under this chapter, in order
            to obtain and/or maintain licensure/registration as a health care facility or nursing
            assistant.
