§ 23-17.4-31. Establishment of fees.
The director may establish reasonable fees for the licensure application, licensure
            renewal, and administrative actions under this chapter. Annual licensure fees per
            licensee plus an additional fee per licensed bed, where applicable, shall be assessed.
            All fees required in this section shall be as set forth in § 23-1-54.
