§ 23-17.4-16.1. Posting and providing a copy of rights of residents.

Each residence shall provide each resident or his or her representative upon admission a copy of the provisions of § 23-17.4-16, "Rights of Residentsâ€�, and shall display in a conspicuous place on the premises a copy of the "Rights of Residentsâ€�.
